Refund Policy

Macpatchers Support Team believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:


  • Refunds will be considered only after contact from the customer to the supplier of the service. If your issues cannot be rectified, then you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. We expect to be given the chance to perform added work if necessary, at no extra cost to the customer.


  • No financial institution will issue refunds on behalf of the company to any customer and if this is attempted the refund will be denied.


Refunds may take up to 7 business days to complete from the date of request and are only accepted from the registered email id of the customer. Please mail your request and reason for a refund at billing@macpatchers.com.au. Dont forget to mention a good phone number and time to call you to discuss it.
